I began my career in sales and marketing management working at Becton Dickinson. I was then recruited to a European life science tools company establishing itself in the United States, which was eventually acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific.
I established Executive BioSearch with a desire to help companies access the top 10% of the talent pool. My first clients were Applied Biosystems and Dionex, and I have served many of the top life science companies ever since. I have a strong desire to help candidates find a position that tremendously impacts both their career and lives.
I consider myself very fortunate to be the President of Executive BioSearch because of the outstanding individuals that I have the privilege of working with on a daily basis. I truly believe that we have been able to positively impact not only the clients and candidates that we serve, but also the team at Executive BioSearch who has been dedicated to doing business the right way, for the right reasons.
